As a pastor for many years, I appreciated being with people from all walks of life in joyous celebrations, ordinary times, and challenging times. These moments of being with people in grief, indecision, creativity, and knowing more about them meant so much to me. I have always been intrigued by people with what makes us “tick.” I am so excited that I discovered professional coaching with its focus on the person and their potential.
Focusing on people’s growth and maturity is why I enjoyed preaching so much. I always viewed peaching as a conversation with another person. Now I am continuing the conversations as I offer myself as a coach with my company, Discover Your Way, LLC.
Before beginning my coaching practice, I was a social services worker, minister, chaplain, adjunct college instructor, and counselor. I enjoy golfing, reading, traveling, and personal fitness.
I completed a Coach Training Certificate from the Kansas Leadership Center, a program accredited by The International Coaching Federation (ICF, coachfederation.org). Currently, I am pursuing additional accreditation with the International Coach Federation as a member of a group in which I receive mentoring for my coaching practice.
I hope you, too, are ready to discover professional coaching with me!
